Using an induction heating system in zamak production allows for more homogeneous zamak production. In products heated by induction, heat transfer to the product surface does not occur through convection and radiation mechanisms. Instead, heat is generated on the product surface due to the passing current. Then, the heat generated on the product surface is transferred into the product through thermal conduction.
